Description: White marble tablet mounted onto nowy headed grey marble backboard, with regimental badge central top. The tablet has a wide border with sculpted scallops facing inwards and engraved text in black. The whole is wall mounted.
Inscription: IN EVER LOVING MEMORY / OF PTE PHILIP RAYMOND COLLINS / 5TH WORCESTERSHIRE REGT / WHO FELL IN ACTION, MESOPOTAMIA, JAN 25 1917/ AGED 32 YEARS. / "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS, THAT A/ MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS"
