Description: Latin cross raguly with moulded foot ring on an octagonal sand stone plinth and four-stepped base, set in a small garden on the roadside.
Inscription: Principle dedicatory inscription: IN GRATEFUL/ MEMORY/ TO THE MEN OF/ BISHAMPTON/ WHO GAVE THEIR/ LIVES IN THE/ GREAT WAR/ 1914 – 1918 Other faces: [NAMES] DIED [NAMES] SERVED. Two plaques on the lowest step (added 2016): 1914 – 1918/ ALSO DIED/ [2 NAMES]/ ALSO SERVED/ [12 NAMES] Other plaque details the history of the memorial from 1931-2016.
