Description: Single-stepped base surmounted by a rectangular sectioned tapering plinth followed by a rectangular sectioned tapering shaft with an integrated Celtic-style wheel cross. Sword, point down, in relief on front face of shaft and cross. Pinned-lead lettering and numerals form the inscription and names on smoothened faces of the plinth.
Inscription: 6 o'clock plinth face: TO THE GREATER GLORY OF GOD / AND IN HONOURED MEMORY OF / THE MEN OF THIS PARISH / WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES / FOR KING AND COUNTRY / IN THE GREAT WAR. / 1914-18 / "MAY THEY REST IN PEACE." // 12 o'clock plinth face: (20 NAMES) // 3 o'clock plinth face: OUR / GLORIOUS / DEAD // 9 o'clock plinth face: 1939 -1945 / (20 NAMES)
