Description: A white marble tablet within a dark brown alabaster frame. The fluted frame has a Tudor Rose in each corner. The central panel has the dates in the top left and right corners, each in a box. The names are listed in two columns with a single vertical line to separate them. The lettering has been incised and painted brown, using Roman upper and lower case lettering throughout
Inscription: AUGUST 4TH 1914/ NOVEMBER 11TH 1918/ TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ and in/ memory of/ (Names)
