Description: Marble tablet with pediment and curved base. Black inscription. Flower shaped bosses carved in each corner and cross in the upper centre
Inscription: For God and the Right./ 1914+1918 / In proud and glorious/ memory of/ (Names)/ These all gave their lives/ in the Great War to defend our/ King and Country. Their memory/ is enshrined in the hearts of the/ Swinstead people who have erected/ this monument as a mark of their/ gratitude and affection.
