Description: Six Altar candlesticks with two wall mounted, portrait orientated linked dedications, WW1 is an engraved, brass plaque with treble lined border, crossing at the corners, within a wooden frame, infilled lettering & lines in black, cross at top centre in red. WW2 is a small, incised dark stone tablet on a wooden backboard, infilled lettering in white.
Inscription: WW1, upper plaque : + / TO THE GLORY OF GOD / AND IN MEMORY OF THE MEN / WHO FROM THIS PARISH LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES / IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918 / THE GIFT OF ALTAR CANDLESTICKS WAS MADE/ AND THIS TABLET ERECTED. / (19 NAMES) / MAY THEY REST IN PEACE // WW2, lower tablet : WORLD WAR II / (6 NAMES)
