    Description
    Four-stepped hexagonal base surmounted by a square sectioned plinth, octagonal sectioned tapering shaft, capital and decorated cross. The third step is a taller, more robust structure than the rest. WW1 dedication and names carved in relief on all 4 sides of the plinth. WW2 dedication and names are incised on all 6 upper step riser faces. The whole memorial stands within a hexagonal paved area of York stone.
