- Description
- Two-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned slightly tapering plinth & square sectioned tapering obelisk. Carved & painted laurel wreath in relief on front face of obelisk. Incised inscriptions on side faces of plinth. Lettering infilled with with gold coloured paint. The whole memorial is enclosed by a painted metal fence with ornate spiked finials on alternate vertical railing rods. Gate at rear, whilst front fence is embellished & integrated with the wording "1995 / Thurmaston / Parish Council".
