Description: The stone memorial is sited on a partially post and chain fenced, triangular grassed area at the northern end of the village. Three-stepped octagonal base surmounted by a square plinth with four inscription panels. Mounted above the plinth, stands a square based, octagonal column and chamfer-edged decorative cross.
Inscription: 6 o'clock face : TO THE GLORY OF ENGLAND/ AND TO THOSE OF THIS PARISH/ WHO SERVED THEIR COUNTRY/ IN THE WAR 1914 - 1919/ ERECTED BY THE PARISHIONERS IN 1920 12 o'clock face : KILLED/ (NAMES)/ WOUNDED/ (NAMES) 3 & 9 o'clock faces : THESE ALSO SERVED/ (NAMES)
