    Description
    A four-stepped base surmounted by a plinth and obelisk. There are three female figures standing around the base of the obelisk. Bronze shield with dedicatory inscription placed on one side of the base of the obelisk. Three bronze figures representing liberty, victory and peace placed at the base of the other sides of the obelisk. The dedication and names are written on bronze plaques mounted on the sides of the plinth. There is an additional small rectangular plaque commemorating post-1945 casualties.
