Inscription: CROPWELL BISHOP COUNCIL SCHOOL. / THIS TABLET WAS ERECTED BY THE PAST AND PRESENT SCHOLARS / IN HONOURED MEMORY OF THE OLD BOYS FROM THE SCHOOL WHO / SERVED IN H.M. FORCES DURING THE GREAT WAR / 1914-1919. / { THESE LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES / (18 NAMES) / DIED AFTER DISCHARGE / (2 NAMES) } { NOBLY DID THEY DO THEIR DUTY. / (103 NAMES) } / William Parker.
