Description: Large memorial with decorated borders and two supplementary tablets at their foot. The name panels are each side of a decorated wreath beneath which is a semicircular headed niche within which is a bust of Sir Henry Doulton.

Maintenance History: 1939-71:The company HQ was at Doulton House, an art deco building ,now demolished,on Albert Embankment SE1. In 1971 the company was taken over by a conglomerate, S Pearson Ltd, with an HQ at Burslem, where Doultons had been since c1877 and production had been concentrated since the Lambeth Works closed in 1956. Doultons becme Royal Doulton plc (1993-2005),but the Nile St, Burslem works closed in 2005 shortly after the company was taken over by Waterford Wedgwood.
