Description: Light-coloured ornamental stone frame, with a ledge at bottom, containing two dark slate tablets, each with names in two columns. Between the slate tablets is a crucifix, which is surmounted by a broken gothic church spire.
Inscription: Across the top of the light-coloured stone frame: TOTHE GLORY OF GOD AND IN MEMORY OF THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO GAVE/ THEIR LIVES FOR KING AND COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918 On each of the dark slate tablets: OFFICERS/ (Names)/ NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND MEN/ (Names)
