- ORNATE BOARD IN TWO SECTIONS WITH STEPPED HEADER. WITHIN THE HEADER IS A GILT ANGEL SET IN A WREATH: THE TOP ALSO HAS SEVERAL GILT LEAVES. TO THE LEFT IS A SHIELD WITH ST GEORGE'S CROSS UPON IT, TO THE RIGHT A SHIELD WITH A HART IN A STREAM. THE UPPER SECTION CARRIES THE FIRST PART OF THE COMMEMORATION (IN GOTHIC, RED AND BLACK LETTERING ON A RIBBON DESIGN, SET TO EITHER SIDE OF THE ANGLE), THE LOWER THE SECOND PART OF THE COMMEMORATION (IN GILT LETTERING) AND THE NAMES (WHICH ARE IN SEVEN COLUMNS AND IN WHITE LETTERING).
