    Description
Celtic cross on a tall tapered shaft, with St Mary carved holding a lily within the wheeled crossing. The shaft face carries a carving of a grape vine, with rope work carved on the sides. The shaft is mounted on a stepped battered square plinth stood on two cantonal steps within a walled and paved semicircle, at the back of which is a screen wall carrying the Dedications carved on the wings each side of a raised centre section which carries the cast bronze plaques bearing the names. The WW2 names being on a small plaque below the much larger WW1 plaque. In the raised section above the plaques is carved a laurel wreath at the centre of a scroll carved with the years of the Great War. In front of the top step below the cross a small tablet was added in 2012 to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, "And to honour the fallen".
