WMR Reference Number: 42577
Description: White marble tablet with blacked inscribed inscription, framed within a nowy arched pink alabaster frame, and mounted on a grey marble backboard. Beneath the tablet a brass plaque has been affixed to the backboard to carry the incised WW2 commemoration. The memorial is set on the South wall of the sanctuary, to the side of the Memorial East Window (WMR 42575).
Inscription: To the Glory of God & to the memory/ of Longridge officers and men who died for their country/in the Great War 1914-1918. This tablet is reverently presented/by Parishioners and friends/ (names in 3 columns) 1939 - 1945/ (names in 3 columns)
