- BRASS PLAQUE PLACED WITHIN A FLUTED WOODEN FRAME. DOUBLE LINE BORDER ON THE PLAQUE WITH SIXTEEN MOTIFS PLACED EQUIDISTANTLY WITHIN IT. LAUREL GARLAND WITH CROSS INSIDE IT IS AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE PLAQUE. PALM LEAF PLACED ABOVE THE NAMES OF THE FALLEN
