LAUREL WREATH AT TOP OF LEFT AND RIGHT PANELS ON EACH OF WHICH THERE IS A COLUMN OF WW1 NAMES. ON THE BASE IS A CAST METAL FIGURE OF A MOUNTED WINGED HORSE AND RIDER.
