- Nowy-headed board with a shelf bellow. At the top centre is a bas-relief of an armed Saint, cross in right hand, sword in left, trampling on a dragon. Gold lettering.

- Memorial believed lost on night of 7th March 2011 in a fire which gutted the building. The WW1 memorial had been removed from the church in 1997 and is kept in storage. Building derelict in July 2015. Owned by JIMAS, a Muslim educational charity.
