Description: Rectangular brass plaque with a fine black line border around the inscription. Mounted on a wooden board with raised rounded bead. Commemorates 18 men from the nearby closed Methodist Chapel. A note this effect has been added to the brass plaque below the lower black line.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN MEMORY OF/ THE FOLLOWING MEN FROM THIS CHURCH/ WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918. / (NAMES) / "THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE" /FROM ARDSLEY METHODIST CHURCH WHICH CLOSED ON 9TH JUNE 1991 //
