Description: A potent cross on a six-sided pillar, surmounting a six-sided plinth, surmounting three steps. Face two of the plinth has a sword within a wreath. Face four of the plinth has a caduceus within a wreath. Face six of the plinth has a trident within a wreath. The memorial is enclosed by railings.
