    Description
    Altar cloth made from the wedding dress of the sister of the two dead soldeirs. Panels on either side of the cloth depict two angels, representing the two dead soldiers and human hairs from the mother and sister of the dead men are interwoven into the embroidery of the two angels.
    Inscription
    (Unknown) Memorial commemorates Captain B A Smith-Masters MC and LT G A Smith-Masters, sons of the Revd J E Smith-Masters, vicar of Stewkley 1906-1915. Captain B A Smith-Masters was killed on the Somme on 1 July 1916 and LT G S Smith-Masters was killed somewhere in Flanders, date unknown
