Description: Wall mounted, portrait orientated, checked top bronze plaque on a checked top slate backboard. At centre top, in relief, is a figure of St Andrew within a wreath, and beneath, the embossed dedication and names. The whole is surrounded by an embossed double line border with decorative square designs in each corner.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN/ UNDYING MEMORY OF THE MEN/ OF THIS PARISH (WHOSE NAMES/ ARE INSCRIBED BELOW) WHO GAVE/ THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR/ 1914 - 1918/ (Names)
