1995: THE CHURCH CLOSED AND WHEN NO HOME COULD BE FOUND FOR THE MEMORIAL BOARDS THEY WERE GIVEN TO THURLESTONE AND MILLHOUSE GREEN METHODIST CHURCH, NEAR PENISTONE. THE LETTERING WAS THEN GOING TO BE REMOVED AND THE LORDS PRAYER PLACED ON ONE BOARD AND THE TEN COMMANDMENTS PLACED ON THE OTHER.
