Description: Floriated Latin cross with octagonal shaft mounted on octagonal plinth with three-stepped base and wall behind. Traceried design in relief on each face of plinth. Two tablets bearing incised inscription set in frame and mounted on wall behind cross. Frame with ogee pediment. Low railing surrounds cross on three sides, with wall on fourth side.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN HONOURED MEMORY/ OF THE HARTHILL MEN/ WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES IN/ THE GREAT WAR 1914-19./ THIS CROSS WAS DEDICATED/ BY THEIR FELLOW PARISHIONERS./ (Names)/ R. I. P. / 1939 - 1945/ (Names)
