Description: A wall mounted landscape orientated brass plaque on a wooden backboard. The plaque has a broad decorative foliate border of stars with pattée crosses in each corner. The names are below the main dedication in three columns, all detail and lettering is incised and picked out in black.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND SACRED TO THE/ MEMORY OF THOSE WHO HAD PASSED THROUGH THE/ SUNDAY SCHOOL OF THIS CHURCH AND GAVE THEIR/ LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918./ (Names)/ "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS,/ THAT A MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS."
