Description: Triangular topped, rectangular wooden board, wall-mounted vertically. The triangular top leads onto straight, flat shoulders which then drop away diagonally inward to straight vertical sides with a slight widening at the extreme base of the memorial. Decorative round pillar to each side. All lettering is gold coloured: the main commemoration occupies the triangular top portion, the names are beneath in three columns between the two pillars. The last line of the commemoration occupies the base.
