    Description
    Four-stepped octagonal base surmounted by an octagonal plinth, tapering shaft and Latin cross with IHS engraved on the intersection of the arms. Names are carved and infilled in black paint: those from the First World War are on the sides of plinth; those from the Second World War are on the top two steps.

    North face plinth: A.M.D.G./ IN GRATEFUL MEMORY/ OF ALL THOSE/ FROM THIS PARISH/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES/ FOR THEIR COUNTRY/ 1914-1918. North face 2nd step down: 1939-1945/ WE WILL REMEMBER THEM/ (names) South face plinth: "HOLD IN EVERLASTING REMEMBRANCE" Other faces, plinth and steps: (Names)

    Maintenance History
    May 2015: Condition problem still exists. The foundation appears to be subsiding on the south-west corner, causing the memorial to lean by approximately 6 degrees from vertical. March 2008: Crack observed in lowest step and the cross appears to be listing to one side. c 1948: WW2 names added and WW1 names repainted
