Description: A carved oak eagle lectern with brass dedicatory plaque bearing an incised inscription attached to three faces off the octagonal stand. The inscription is blacked, with rubricated initial letters.
Inscription: To the Glory of God/ and in Memory of/ Drummer Edgar Clough/ 1st Mancr Regt, who Fell in/ Action in Mesopotamia on MArch 8th 1916,/ aged 21 years./ This lectern is presented/ by his parents and sister,/ Silas, Maria and Edith Clough./ 1918.
