    A carved oak eagle lectern with brass dedicatory plaque bearing an incised inscription attached to three faces off the octagonal stand. The inscription is blacked, with rubricated initial letters.
    Inscription
    To the Glory of God/ and in Memory of/ Drummer Edgar Clough/ 1st Mancr Regt, who Fell in/ Action in Mesopotamia on MArch 8th 1916,/ aged 21 years./ This lectern is presented/ by his parents and sister,/ Silas, Maria and Edith Clough./ 1918.
