    Description
    A pale stone, square section, tapered obelisk, with a shallow three stepped square crown and set on a three stepped square base. On the face of the main obelisk is a relief of a palm branch and laurel wreath.

    2011: The premises have been sold for redevelopment. The Club authorities have confirmed the external memorial will be suitably relocated. 2010: The memorial is planned to be moved.

    • Comrades of the Great War was a very active organisation, all over the UK, immediately after WW1 until it seems to have merged with the British Legion around the late 1920s. Original Roll of Honour in the old club. WMR #3397
