Inscription: In/ Loving Memory/ OF/ MARTHA JANE,/ THE DEARLY BELOVED DAUGHTER OF/ EDWARD & REBECCA PATTRICK/ WHO SERVED WITH THE TERRITORIAL STAFF IN/ FRANCE 2 and a half YEARS DURING THE EUROPEAN WAR./ DIED MAY 1, 1917/ AGED 37./ AT REST - 'UNTIL THE DAY BREAK AND/ THE SHADOWS FLEE AWAY'/ Also of PTE FRED PATTRICK M.T.A.S.C./ THEIR DEAR SON & BELOVED HUSBAND OF/ FLORENCE PATTRICK/ KILLED IN ACTION IN ITALY/ JUNE 15, 1918, AGED 31 YEARS.
