Description: Rectangular plaque mounted in wooden frame. Frame has raised decorative egg and dart moulding and flat stepped pediment. Inscription in gothic style lettering with single line border.
Inscription: This Window & the Memorial Tablets/ were erected to the honoured memory/ of the men from this Parish who died/ for England in the Great War 1914-1918

Maintenance History: 2012: Hamsteels St John the Baptist Church closed. Plans are under discussion to move the plaque to St Michael and All Angels, Esh Village.
