    Description
There are two components in this memorial. The first one is a curved and carved wooden beam (rood) bridging the pillars of the large arch above the nave at the level of the arch pillar's stone brackets. At the apex of this beam there is a wooden carved Calvary scene, with a carved bird projecting from the beam beneath it. The second component is an associated triptych bearing casualty lists and the dedication of the church beam (rood). The triptych is painted and varnished wood consisting of three boards hinged together. The outer boards are headed by a gilded floriate carving while the central board is headed by a carved moline cross flanked by two floriate carvings, all gilded. The central panel has the names of casualties for the WW1 in four columns. The right-hand panel has a single column list of WW2 casualties.

    Maintenance History
The triptych was erected in 1932 at the West end of the North aisle. Originally the WW1 dedicatory panel was fixed to the right of the names. Following WW2 (around 1945), the triptych was moved to the Lady's Chapel, and the WW1 panel was moved and fixed to the left of the WW1 names and the panel with the WW2 casualties was fixed to the right of the central panel.
