Inscription: "THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE."/ (Names)/ THIS MEMORIAL WAS ERECTED BY PUBLIC/ SUBSCRIPTION TO THE MEMORY OF THE ABOVE/ MEN OF CHASE TERRACE AND BONEY HAY/ WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR/ 1914 - 1918.
