    Description
    Squat pillar on three stepped base surmounted by a globe showing the oceans of the world. Relief panels on front face shows a sailor on the bridge of a ship sighting with a sextant. Below this is the Merchant Navy Crest. Metal plaques on east and west sides bearing names.
