Description: Rectangular brass plaque with decorative border and floral design at each corner. Top centre of tablet is two Union Jack flags and a banner reading 'for faith and freedom.' Lettering engraved in black. The same memorial seems to be used in several churches - #68008, #68009 and #68010
Inscription: THIS TABLET IS ERECTED TO THE HONOUR OF THE FOLLOWING/ WHO SERVED THEIR COUNTRY DURING THE GREAT WAR 1914-19./ (Names).
