Description: Wooden shrine with a triangular roof set on a stone plinth . There is a crucifix attached below the roof with the names on a glazed wooden board below. A brass plaque is attached to the 12o'clock face of the plinth with the dedication in black lettering.
Inscription: TO THE MEMORY OF THE MEN/ OF THE/ PARISH OF WORFIELD/ WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR/ 1914 - 1918/ MD/ HW.
