WHERE-/ FORE GOD ALSO HATH HIGHLY EXALTED/ HIM AND GIVEN HIM A NAME WHICH/ IS ABOVE ANY OTHER NAME. (Page 2): TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ THIS ALTAR, DEDICATED TO THE/ HOLY CROSS, AND CONSECRATED BY/ LISLE, BISHOP OF COVENTRY ON THE / EVE OF THE FEAST OF S.
