Description: Rectangular tablet with an extension at the top set in a red marble frame. It has a decorative foliate border in gold and blue and a moline cross at the top. The names are in two columns with the lettering in black.
Inscription: Central tablet: TO THE GLORY / OF GOD AND / IN MEMORY OF / THE FOLLOWING / OFFICERS / WHO SERVED IN / THE "QUEEN'S".
