Right side: DUNCAN MCNEILL/ FOX-TARRATT SECOND/ LIEUTENANT SEAFORTH/ HIGHLANDERS YOUNGER SON/ OF J.F.TARRATT OF ELLARY/ BORN 16th JUNE 1898 KILLED/ 4th OCT 1917 WHILE LEADING/ HIS PLATOON NEAR POEL/ CAPPELLE IN FLANDERS AGED/ 19 HE LIES WHERE HE FELL.
