    Description
    A bronze coloured memorial tablet. The eleven names, with details of rank, regiment, date and mode of death are in a central panel. The top border panel is gently curved and contains the Salvation Army crest with foliage stretching out on either side. The words, "For God, King & Country" are below the crest. The border panels on either side of the names contain central crests, with celtic scroll work above and below. On the left a union flag in a shield shape with the word 'Saved' above and the word 'Suffered' below amidst the scroll work. On the right an eight pointed star with the words 'Blood & Fire' with the words 'Sacrificed' above and 'Triumphed' below amidst the scroll work. The bottom panel contains an inscription split either side of a wreath containing a crown and a prone cross.

    FOR GOD, KING, & COUNTRY / (names) / SAVED SACRIFICED / SUFFERED TRIUMPHED / GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS, THAT A MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS.
