Description: A white marble tablet which has been carved into the shape of an open scroll and mounted onto a grey marble backboard. The dedication is written in black lettering on the scroll.
Inscription: IN MEMORY/ OF THOSE WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR/ 1914-1918./ (Names)/ "THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE"
