    Description
A castle-shaped structure with an open front within which a commemorative square stone tablet is laid at an angle. The structure includes stones from castles after which the corvette ships were named. Some of these are arranged along the top of the structure to resemble a castle wall. The memorial is set on stone base. There are several commemorative trees planted alongside, with individual plaques attached, as well as an information board, which lists all the ships in the Castle Corvette class, set into the surrounding grassed area.
