Description: Rectangular carved marble tablet with a rectangular extension at the top edge and roses carved at each corner. There is a carved Botonne cross separting two inset tablets with the dedications, and on each tablet a circular plaque is attached with a regimental badge of the R.F.A. on the left, and the Coldstrean Guards on the right.
Inscription: Right tablet: IN LOVING MEMORY OF/ GEORGE EDWARD BOSCAWEN/ D.S.O. MAJOR R.F.A./ 2nd SON OF SEVENTH /VISCOUNT FALMOUTH/ AGED 29 MORTALLY/ WOUNDED AT CRANOELLE/ Nr LAON 31st MAY 1918.
