    Description
A stone cairn fixed within a low circular brick wall. A blue rectangular metal plaque is inset into the face of the cairn with a commemorative inscription in white lettering, below the Loch Frigate Association's badge, which includes an illustrative map of the Scottish Lochs and an engraving of a frigate together with the names of the frigates arranged in two columns. The stones which form the cairn have been collected from each of the 28 Scottish Lochs that gave the frigates their names. Stones of a different type are interspersed around the cairn, each engraved with the name of one of the frigates. An information board is placed alongside.
