Description: Highly polished, wall mounted brass plaque in a wooden frame. The plaque has crossed flags at the top between the dates and above the commemoration: beneath this are the names in three columns. The whole is surrounded by a double line border: all lettering in white.
Inscription: 1914 1919/ IN PROUD AND LOVING MEMORY OF/ THE FOLLOWING FORMER PUPILS WHO/ MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE IN THE/ GREAT WAR/ [Names]/ "Their name liveth for evermore"/ ERECTED BY THE TEACHERS AND PUPILS OF PITLOCHRY HIGHER GRADE SCHOOL

Maintenance History: Damaged in a fire in 1973, restored, but original marble frame replaced with wood.
