    Intricately carved wall mounted tablet, with marble inset bearing the First World War inscription. Simple additional marble plaque beneath, bearing Second World War names. [A facsimile of this memorial (which originally hung in Thorney Methodist Chapel) is now on an external wall at Bedford Hall in this village - see our separate record WMR/ 95475].
