Description: Slender, basket arched granite stone with incised inscription beneath an incised maple leaf, painted red. It stands within a paved area in a small Memorial Garden (WMR 102255) created for it on the airfield side of the Museum's buildings.
Inscription: In memory of 28 Canadian airmen/who died in aircraft accidents/in the Isle of Man/1941-1944/(Names)/ "You shared with us the eagle's view,/ The right to soar, as eagles do,/ The right to call the clouds our home,/ And grateful, through your heavens roam."/ Father John MacGillivray/ Royal Canadian Air Force
