    Description
    Vellum Roll of Honour formerly in a teak and bronze case, which was formerly inlaid into solid stone face of main Monument . Inscription above case. The book has a light tan leather cover with the badge of the Commercial Exchange tooled in gilt on the outside. The lettering is calligraphy in black with red initials and gilding. Now the book survives in Tyne and Wear Archives
