    Description
    A wooden board with a decorated triangular pediment and two decorated side pieces to which is attached a copper plate on which the dedication appears in black lettering. The pediment has a cross issuing from a wreath to which palm leaves are attached with a ribbon. The decoration on the sides consists of an A to the left and a six pointed star to the right from which a series of 4 reducing bell shapes are descending
